How to Order from American Industrial Parts Group
Ordering from AIPG is straightforward. Here's exactly how the process works from finding your part to getting it at your door.
Step 1 — Find Your Part
The fastest way to find what you need is to search by part number. Use the search bar at the top of any page and enter the manufacturer part number exactly as it appears on your component or documentation. You can also browse by brand or product category using the navigation menu.
Each listing includes the part number, manufacturer, condition grade, and a full description. If you have questions about compatibility or condition before ordering, contact us — we'd rather answer your questions upfront than deal with a return.
Step 2 — Check the Condition Grade
Every product listing clearly states the condition. We use three grades:
- New / New in Box (NIB) — unused, original packaging, never installed
- New Surplus — unused, may or may not have original packaging
- Used / Tested — previously installed, pulled from service, inspected functional

Step 3 — Add to Cart and Checkout
Click Add to Cart on the product page. When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and payment is processed securely through our Shopify-powered store. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Step 4 — Order Processing and Shipment
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
Step 5 — Receive and Inspect Your Order
When your order arrives, inspect it promptly. If anything is not as described, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Photos of any damage help us resolve issues quickly.

Can't Find What You Need?
If a part isn't listed in our store, don't give up. Submit a sourcing request with your part number, manufacturer, and quantity and we'll do our best to locate it. We source inventory continuously and can often find hard-to-find and discontinued parts that aren't in our current catalog.
