This is a Bussmann LP-CC-5 Low-Peak Ultimate Protection dual-element time-delay Class CC fuse, rated 5 amps. It's new, open box and has never been installed. The end caps show light tarnish and storage marks, and the label shows minor edge wear. The end cap is stamped "BUSS LP-CC 5A 600V."
