Lot of 5 new old stock International Rectifier Z1318 22V 10W zener diodes in DO-4 stud-mount packages. Each is marked "Z1318" with the International Rectifier logo. They come from an original bag with a typed ECG label reading "ECG-5197A Z-1318 Vol Regl D 22V 10W". Each has a threaded mounting stud, hex base, and a single solder-lug terminal with a mounting hole. Lug holes are free of solder; no signs of installation. Cases show heavy surface oxidation from long-term storage, as pictured.
