This is one Motorola MJ2500 PNP silicon Darlington power transistor in a TO-3 metal can. It's new old stock and has never been installed. The case is marked with the Motorola logo, "MJ2500," "MEXICO" and the date code "8836." The flange is stamped "835." The case shows light handling marks. Both pins and the green glass seals are intact. Please see the photos.
