DESCRIPTION
The NTE Electronics NTE3087 optoisolator combines a GaAsP LED emitter with an integrated high-gain, high-speed, multi-stage photodetector. Its output is an open-collector, Schottky-clamped transistor that can sink 50 mA and is compatible with LSTTL/TTL logic on a 5 V supply. The output can be bussed, ORed and strobed, and an enable input provides gating.
