This is a used Opto 22 G4IDC5D G4 series digital DC input module, rated 2.5–28 VDC input with a 5-volt logic output. It was pulled from working equipment. The case shows handling marks, light scuffs and smudges. All pins and the hold-down screw are intact. The back is printed "200% TESTED 0693 4032."
