Used Opto 22 G4OAC5 G4 Series digital AC output module, rated 120 VAC 3 A with 5 volt logic. The front reads "G4 OAC5, Output 120 VAC 3 A, 5 Volt Logic, Opto 22," with UL Recognized and CSA marks. The back carries the factory "200% TESTED 1192" stamp. The removable fuse, marked 4A 250V, is installed, and the hold-down screw, status LED and pins are intact. Light surface dust and handling marks on the housing, as pictured.

The G4OAC5 is a solid-state output module that switches AC loads from 12 to 140 VAC under a 5 VDC logic signal. Zero-voltage turn-on and zero-current turn-off reduce electrical noise. The module plugs into Opto 22 G4 I/O mounting racks.
