DESCRIPTION
Used Opto 22 IDC5 standard-series digital DC input module. It senses 10–32 VDC or 12–32 VAC and passes the signal to a 5 VDC logic system. The housing reads "IDC5, Opto 22, Made in USA," with CSA, UL Recognized, CE and RoHS marks. The top carries the factory stamp "200% TESTED AB207128BF." The gold pins and hold-down screw are intact. Scuffs, light marks and some dirt on the white housing, as pictured.
The IDC5 is an optically isolated input module. It converts field signals from proximity sensors, photo eyes, limit switches, push buttons and other 12/24 VDC devices into a 5 VDC logic signal for a controller or PLC. Input and logic sides have 4000 V of transient isolation, and turn-on and turn-off are each 5 ms. The module plugs into Opto 22 PB Series standard I/O mounting racks.

Compatibility:
Direct replacement for the Opto 22 IDC5 in Opto 22 PB Series standard digital I/O mounting racks. For 15 or 24 VDC logic, use the IDC15 or IDC24. The IDC5D (fast-switching version) and IDC5G (35–60 V input) are different modules. The standard series is not interchangeable with Opto 22 G4 modules (G4IDC5) or SNAP modules, which use different form factors.
