DESCRIPTION
Sprague ULN3755W dual power operational amplifier in a 12-pin single in-line power-tab package. This device contains two high-current amplifier circuits designed for linear servo loads, including voice coil motors. Manufacturer-documented applications also include motor drivers, audio power amplifiers, power oscillators, and linear voltage regulators.
Separate supply connections for the input and output stages support boost or bootstrapping arrangements to increase output swing. Current-sense connections support feedback for transconductance operation. The photographed component has a metal mounting tab with two mounting holes.

A: No. The manufacturer identifies the heat sink connection as the negative supply, or ground in a single-ended application.

Troubleshooting:
The manufacturer requires an output R-C compensation network; component values depend on the load.
