Collection: International Rectifier
International Rectifier was founded in 1947 in Los Angeles, California, by Leon Lidow and his son Eric Lidow, and was later headquartered in El Segundo, California. The company began with selenium rectifiers, introduced germanium rectifiers in 1954 and silicon rectifiers in 1959, and in 1979 introduced the HEXFET, the first hexagonal power MOSFET. Infineon Technologies completed its acquisition of International Rectifier in January 2015. This collection carries vintage International Rectifier zener diodes and stud-mount power semiconductors for equipment repair and restoration. Fast shipping from American Industrial Parts Group.
